Architecture
The solution is deployed on the infrastructure of the customer: the server part (management server, database) and the client agent on workstations. data are encrypted by symmetrical and asymmetric algorithms; Commands from server to agent are transmitted via RabbitMQ. The system and actions of administrators are logged through Loki with the Grafana access interface.
The system can fully function in a closed local network without an Internet connection: if the server is temporarily absent, the data is stored on the workstation and transmitted after the connection is restored. Updates of agents in this mode are loaded manually through the administrative panel.
The client program works in an open, undisguised mode: it is visible in the list of installed programs and processes of the workstation, has a digital signature. Session monitoring is supported on Windows Server Terminals (RDP).
